Andrew A. Morey is Board Certified in Health Law as recognized by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. His practice focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in the healthcare, medical device, and life sciences arenas.
Over the past decade, Andrew has assisted clients on supply chain and distribution contracting, including assisting tissue processors and medical device manufacturers with the negotiation of strategic distribution agreements with leading global medical technology companies.
Prior to founding Morey Health Law in 2019, Andrew served as Associate General Counsel for a publicly-traded medical device and life sciences company with worldwide operations, where he focused on negotiations involving commercial distributors, hospitals, group purchasing organizations, and clinical sites.
